Project overview

This project involved designing an internal admin platform used by sales and support teams to manage customer interactions, spare parts quotations, inventory search and in-store sales.

The main challenge was to centralize multiple operational processes into a single system while keeping it fast, clear and easy to use in high-pressure environments.

Before the platform, the company relied on disconnected tools and manual processes to handle customer service, quotations and sales, resulting in inefficiencies and errors.
